Our estimated fees stated above are on the basis that the claim is undefended. Please note that if the claims become defended, there may be further fees payable in respect of additional hearings, complying with Court directions, and responding to the Defence. We will provide you with our fees for additional work prior to said work being undertaken. This is to ensure that you are agreeable to the additional fees and that you would like us to undertake the work specified.


We do not offer debt recovery services or claims above £25,000.

Low Complexity

  • Moderate Monetary Value: Involves a significant financial stake, but not exceptionally high.

High Complexity

  • Complex Factual Disputes: Presents significant factual disputes or challenges in gathering evidence.
  • Numerous Parties: Involves a large number of parties with diverse interests. 
  • Extensive Expert Testimony: Relies heavily on expert witnesses from various fields.
  • Novel Legal Issues: Raises new or unsettled legal questions.
  • High Monetary Value: Involves substantial financial stakes, potentially involving millions or billions of dollars.
  • International Implications: May involve parties or legal issues from multiple jurisdictions.
